29-08-2024I'm am impressed with the value of this knife set. The blades are SUPER sharp.I'd forgotten that a good knife can cut through tomatoes, steak, etc as if it was butter!The knife block is a heavy duty black plastic.This is the first time I've had one that wasn't wooden.I think it's much easier to see smudges that need to be cleaned up that I wouldn't have known about with wood. I feel better knowing that it's easy to clean, as well.I recommend.
